1. Reptile Measuring Software
   

   Useful for measuring things from a photo, no restricted to reptiles, but very well suited to that specific application. There is a dedicated page for it here .

2. Searchable Index for FlyLife magazine

   More info available here . Search feature is linked from the FlyLife Magazine Library, and is also available directly from here 

3. Image Gallery

   I used NextGen web gallery for wordpress, and lightbox2 JS. Public images are available here. Private images have been placed into a gallery using imagemagick. There are too many to sue nextgen. THis is clumsy, but it is completely scriptable so can be published easily.

4. FlyLife Search admin panel

   Admin panel is done, but there are a few bugs that still need sorting.

5. "Edit in GIMP" button for Picasa

   I've added a new "Edit in GIMP" button for Picasa. more information can be found here.

6. Random Scripts
   

   • There is a new page with a little user JavaScript for Opera here
   • A Doxygen Macro for Visual Studio 6 that guides you through inserting a Doxygen comment before a function, variable, struct, or enum. Just place the cursor in the function (single line) or highlight all lines for a multi-line declaration and run the wizard. Doesn't cover all declarations, but it covers most of them. 
   • A macro to switch headers and source files for C++ (for visual studio 6). This macro was sourced from teh net and remains the property of the original author.
   • a different dirdiff implementation written to solve a specific problem that I had one day. Not sureif others will find it useful, but it helped me out of a bind

7. CGI-IRC Wordpress widget

   I have knocked out a a CGI-IRC Widget for wordpress that allows users to log in from your blog.

   I am considering a windows mobile version that will run on smart phones. Watch this space!

2. Herp Management Software

   User friendly, cross platform Reptile Management software. most of the ones I've seen so far are clumsy facades over a database
